Prescription Care Management is on the hunt for someone to join our team as an Operations Team Member.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Work directly with team members on multiple projects
Meticulously track incoming and outgoing data
Participate in real-time meetings and phone conversations
Manage multiple projects, tasks, and team members
Analytical skills and creativity is a plus
Writing skills are a necessity
Communicate effectively with team members via email, IM, chat, and phone
Skills/Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Operations Team Member
Organizes effectively to achieve greater results
Orderly and systematic
Willing to ask questions and when needed, ask again
Able to successfully prioritize when faced with requests, demands and deadlines
Consistently meets all deadlines
Flexible
Plans, organizes, and completes tasks the most effective manner; uses time productively

Ability to learn new software/technologies quickly

Excels in supervision and management
Logistics:
A typical work week is 5-20 hours/week (may increase over time)
A typical work schedule is a few hours in the mornings and afternoons with specific projects on
occasional evenings, and some email responses during the day.
Entire team works remotely and every member understands the nature of having family
obligations.
