Customers may cancel their PCM subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation requests will stop future billing cycles but will not result in refunds for payments already processed, except where required by law.

After cancellation, customers will retain access to the platform until the end of their current billing period.

PCM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service.
