PCM is a subscription-based software platform.
Because access to the platform and digital services is provided immediately after subscription, all payments are generally non-refundable.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge date. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original payment method.
PCM reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
